We’ve updated our software with a new subscription management tool.

Called the Do-Not-Contact list, you can now import mobile numbers and emails into it, permanently removing and blocking them from your database. This also makes it so that these contacts cannot be re-added to your database later on.

The main aim of this new feature is to give you an easier way to remove contacts from your database, and help you be more responsible with opt-out management. You also don’t have to check your lists every time you import a new batch.

1) Go to Manage -> Utilities -> remove or block contacts:

4) Select to either remove contact or block
