We’ve added a couple of great new updates to our auto-campaigns feature.
The auto-campaigns tool helps save you a lot of time and energy by enabling you to create a trigger that when set off, automatically carries off an action for you. A common examples of this feature is having a message automatically sent when a customer gains their 9th point in your loyalty program, letting them know that they need only 1 more point before they can claim their prize. Our newest update to this powerful tool are:
1) You can now designate adding a contact to a specific distribution list or dynamic target as a trigger. So for example, a chain of clubs may have customers in different lists depending upon which city they live in. They could now set it so that when a new contact is added to their Los Angeles list, a link automatically is sent that leads to a webpage detailing upcoming events in their area.
2) Previously, you could set a wait time of hours, days, weeks, months and even years before a triggered event happened. With the new update, you can also set it to happen minutes after being set off, allowing for quicker turnaround campaigns.
