Mike Kaplowitz has represented the 4th county legislative district in Westchester (Yorktown, Somers, and New Castle) since 1998. Mr. Kaplowitz is an attorney and a Certified Financial Planning practitioner. Legislator Kaplowitz earned his B.A. in history from the University of Pennsylvania and J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.

Mike has been, and remains, an aggressive supporter of tax fairness and an independent voice on behalf of the taxpayers and all residents of Westchester County. He lives in Somers with his wife Jayne and his two daughters who both attended the Somers’ public schools.
