Victory Church has a heart to see new churches located around the world that are ministering the love of God to all people. In 2000, Victory Church partnered with a small, college ministry in Norman, Oklahoma that was about to close its doors. Since the first campus was founded, Victory has gone on to establish locations in Corpus Christi, TX and Victory Iglesia in Downtown OKC. The Norman, OK and Corpus Christi locations currently have Worship Experiences with live teaching via simulcast.
