SMS texting for the restaurant industry is a great and easy way to make customers feel cared for and reassured.

You can use SMS texting however to help market your business! Simply broadcast a text keyword whenever you are marketing your product, and when customers text that keyword, make sure to send an automated message with the link to your ordering website!

Especially because so many ordering websites already ask for information such as your phone number, it is a very easy process to ask to send updates!
